MSP events in December 2026: what to book first

There are six MSP events in December 2026 that we'd put in front of an owner, and every one of them falls between 1 December and 10 December, which leaves the back half of the month clear for the renewals you've been putting off. They run from a free BeMSP gathering in Bordeaux to the Canalys Forum APAC in Bali, with a New York and Tampa cluster in the middle, and as of 3 November 2026 we've checked each date against its organiser.

Put them in the diary now, confirm nearer the time, and arrive with the names of the owners you want to meet already written down.

That early clustering changes how you plan it. Normally a December calendar is a case of fitting events around the Christmas wind-down, but this year it works the other way round, because anyone flying to Bali, New York or Tampa needs flights and hotels booked in November, while the French dates are close enough to home that you can decide the week before. So the order you book in matters more than usual.

What to book first

Start with Bali, if Asia Pacific matters to your business at all. The Canalys Forum APAC runs 1 to 3 December at the Bali International Convention Centre in Nusa Dua, and long-haul flights at the start of December are the one line on this list that costs more every day you leave them. If you're going, book this week and arrange the rest of the month around it.

Next, decide whether New York is one trip or none. Women of the Channel Leadership Summit East runs 7 to 8 December at the New York Hilton Midtown, and the MSP Summit AI Symposium follows on 9 December at the Microsoft Technology Centre in Times Square, so a single hotel booking covers both if you have people who belong at each. That's the clearest example on this list of what we mean by bringing the team and splitting them up: the leadership track goes to the Hilton, whoever owns your AI services proposition walks to Times Square the next morning, and you compare notes over dinner.

The Tampa dates clash with Times Square, and that's the one conflict on this list you have to resolve before anything else gets booked. IT Nation Grow Q4 runs 9 to 10 December at the Embassy Suites by Hilton in downtown Tampa, which means an MSP that wants both the ConnectWise room and the AI Symposium has to send different people, or pick one. Make that call before you book either.

The French events come last in the booking order because they're the easiest. BeMSP On Tour stops in Bordeaux on 1 December and Lyon on 10 December, both free for French MSPs and IT service providers, and both the kind of single-day community gathering where the value is almost entirely in who you sit next to. Put them in the diary now, confirm nearer the time, and arrive with the names of the owners you want to meet already written down.

The MSP events in December 2026, in date order

Each entry below says who the event suits and links to our guide where we've written one, otherwise to the organiser's own page.

BeMSP's community tour opens the month in Bordeaux with a free gathering for French MSPs and IT service providers, and it's the lowest-cost way on this list to find out whether your team comes home with anything from a room full of peers. It suits owners in the French market who want to compare notes without a flight or a hotel bill. We confirmed the date on 1 November 2026, and registration is on BeMSP's site.

Omdia's Canalys Forum APAC brings channel partners, vendors and distributors from across Asia Pacific to the Bali International Convention Centre in Nusa Dua. It suits MSPs with customers or ambitions in the region, and because it's a vendor and distributor room as much as a partner one, go with a meeting list rather than a session list. The dates were confirmed when we checked on 1 November 2026, and our guide is at Canalys Forum APAC.

The Channel Company's East Coast summit for women leaders across the IT channel takes over the New York Hilton Midtown for the 7th and 8th. It suits senior women on your team who want a leadership network that reaches well beyond the MSP corner of the channel, and it pairs neatly with the AI Symposium on 9 December for anyone staying on in the city. We confirmed the dates on 2 November 2026, and our guide is at WOTC East.

ConnectWise's Q4 Grow conference runs at the Embassy Suites by Hilton in downtown Tampa, next to the convention centre. ConnectWise hasn't published who it's pitched at, so read the agenda against your own stack before committing a seat, and keep the clash with the AI Symposium in New York on 9 December in mind when you decide who goes. The dates were confirmed when we checked on 31 October 2026, and our guide is at IT Nation Grow Q4.

Informa's MSP Summit team runs this one with IAMCP at the Microsoft Technology Centre in Times Square, a single day for senior MSP and channel leaders building AI services. It suits whoever owns your AI proposition, whether that's the owner or a service lead, and it's the only event on this list built around a service line rather than a vendor or a region. We confirmed the date on 2 November 2026, and details are on the MSP Summit site.

The BeMSP tour closes the month's run in Lyon, again free to attend for French MSPs and IT service providers. It suits the same crowd as Bordeaux, so if Lyon is the nearer city, or the Bordeaux date didn't work, this is the one to take. We confirmed the date on 2 November 2026, and registration is on BeMSP's site.

Is there an MSP event in New York in December 2026?

What to do this week

If Bali is on the table, book the flights before Friday, because that's the one cost on this list that only moves in one direction. If it's New York, decide this week whether one person covers both the Hilton and Times Square or you split them, and if it's Tampa, settle the clash with the AI Symposium before anyone opens a booking site. The French dates can wait until the week before, which is the only part of December that works in your favour.
