The round-up

Seventeen MSP events in five weeks, and who should go to which

Every MSP and channel event between 26 October and 24 November 2026, in date order, with who each one suits and what to sort before you book.

The Lanyard · 26 October 2026 · 8 min read

Between this morning and the last Tuesday of November there are seventeen events on our calendar that an MSP owner could reasonably justify to the business, which is more than most teams can attend and more than any one team should try. Four of them are in the United States, three in Canada and two in the UK, with the rest spread across Germany, Ireland, Sweden, the Netherlands, France, Denmark and Australia, and one organiser still to name a venue. Nobody is going to all of them. The job this month is choosing the one or two that fit your business and your people, and then planning them like the project they are.

17MSP and channel events between 26 October and 24 November 2026

The pattern is worth noticing before you look at any single event, because it decides the kind of month you are going to have. The vendor conferences from NinjaOne, ConnectWise and Kaseya all ask for three days and come with the roadmap and the partner base in one hotel, while the regional one-dayers from Angel Business Communications, Renaissance, ChannelNEXT, CRN Deutschland and BeMSP cluster around them and ask for a single day in your own country. So the first question is whether you want the vendor's view of your future, or a room where the people you meet are the people you will be competing with and referring to next year.

Every date below has been checked against the organiser's own site, and where we have written a full guide we have linked it. The rest get a sentence or two on who should go and what to sort out before anyone books a flight, which in a month this crowded is the part most owners skip.

The job this month is choosing the one or two that fit your business and your people, and then planning them like the project they are.

This week: 26 to 29 October

26-27Oct

ChannelNEXT26 West, North Vancouver, 26 to 27 October

North Vancouver · Canada

Our guide →

ChannelNEXT runs its West edition in North Vancouver today and tomorrow, so if you are a Canadian channel partner on the Pacific side and not already in the room, this one has gone for 2026. It is built for Canadian partners and the vendors who sell through them, and our full guide at /events/channelnext-west covers what the two days look like for anyone pencilling in next year. The organiser's site is channelnext.ca.

27-29Oct

MSPNXT 2026, Austin, 27 to 29 October

Austin · United States

Our guide →

NinjaOne's MSPNXT opens in Austin tomorrow and runs to Thursday, and it suits MSP leaders who run the NinjaOne stack or are weighing it against what they have today. Three days is the full ask we keep talking about, so if someone from your team is already booked, the planning left to do is for the week after they get home: which product conversations need a follow-up and which owner from lunch deserves a call. Our guide is at /events/mspnxt.

Week of 2 November

3Nov

XChange Deutschland 2026, Mannheim, 3 November

Mannheim · Germany

Organiser's site →

CRN Deutschland's XChange is a single Tuesday in Mannheim for DACH channel partners and the IT vendors courting them, run by The Channel Company. One day is an easy ask to make of whoever owns vendor relationships in your business, so send that person with a written list of the distributors and vendors they have only ever dealt with through a ticket queue.

4-6Nov

IT Nation Connect Global 2026, Orlando, 4 to 6 November

Orlando · United States

Organiser's site →

ConnectWise's IT Nation Connect Global takes Wednesday to Friday in Orlando, and it suits ConnectWise partners first and MSP owners more generally second. This is the one to bring the team to and split up on arrival: the ops lead owns the product sessions, the sales lead owns the corridor and the lunch tables, and the owner books vendor meetings before the flight rather than hoping to bump into the right people by the coffee.

4Nov

MSP Expo Ireland 2026, Dublin, 4 November

Dublin · Ireland

Organiser's site →

Renaissance's MSP Expo Ireland is a one-day show in Dublin on the same Wednesday, built for MSP owners and directors across Ireland and Northern Ireland. If you are based anywhere in Ireland or Northern Ireland it is the obvious choice, and a day in Dublin is a far easier conversation with the business than three days in Florida. Decide before you go which peers you want to have met by the end of it.

5Nov

Managed Services Summit Nordics 2026, Stockholm, 5 November

Stockholm · Sweden

Organiser's site →

Angel Business Communications brings the Managed Services Summit to Stockholm on the Thursday, a single day for Nordic MSP and MSSP executives. Angel also runs the Manchester summit and two roadshow dates later in the month, so the firm has a busy November, but for a Nordic executive this is the day in the diary and the nearest thing to a home fixture on the list.

Week of 9 November, the crowded one

Four events start on the Monday or Tuesday of this week, on both sides of the Atlantic, and a fifth follows on the Thursday. If your team is going to be stretched thin anywhere, it is here, which is why the decision about who goes where needs making now rather than on the Friday before.

9-11Nov

Canalys Forum Americas 2026, Scottsdale, 9 to 11 November

Scottsdale · United States

Organiser's site →

Omdia's Canalys Forum Americas runs three days in Scottsdale for channel partners, vendors and distributors across the Americas. This is the analyst's view of the channel rather than any one vendor's, so it suits the owner thinking about where the market is heading and who they will be partnering with in the years ahead, more than the engineer who wants hands on a console.

9-10Nov

ChannelCon EMEA 2026, London, 9 to 10 November

London · United Kingdom

Our guide →

GTIA's ChannelCon EMEA is in London on the Monday and Tuesday for GTIA members, MSPs and channel leaders across EMEA. James spent time on a CompTIA executive council, so the association model is one we know from the inside, and much of the value sits in the member community rather than on the stage (which is true of most events, and especially true here). Our full guide is at /events/channelcon-emea.

9-10Nov

ChannelPro DEFEND: Anaheim, 9 to 10 November

Anaheim · United States

Organiser's site →

ChannelPro Network's DEFEND in Anaheim is two days for MSPs and MSSPs building a security practice, and it suits the owner who has sold a few security bundles and now needs them to become a repeatable service. Send the person who will actually run that practice, and brief them to come home with how other MSPs price and staff it rather than with a bag of vendor stickers.

10Nov

Cybersecurity Defense Ecosystem Summit 2026, Toronto, 10 November

Toronto · Canada

Organiser's site →

ChannelNEXT is back on the Tuesday with its Cybersecurity Defense Ecosystem Summit in Toronto, a one-day event for Canadian MSPs, MSSPs and security vendors. It is the Canadian counterpart to what DEFEND is doing in Anaheim the same week, so an Ontario MSP can have the security conversation without the border and the flight.

12Nov

MSP Channel Insights Roadshow: Utrecht, 12 November

Utrecht · Netherlands

Organiser's site →

Angel's MSP Channel Insights Roadshow stops in Utrecht on the Thursday, and it is capped at 30 senior MSP delegates. That cap is the point: you will meet everyone in the room whether you plan to or not, so the preparation is knowing who you want to spend the coffee breaks with and what you want to ask them.

The week of Tuesday 17 November

17-19Nov

Kaseya Connect Asia Pacific 2026, Sydney, 17 to 19 November

Sydney · Australia

Organiser's site →

Kaseya Connect Asia Pacific takes three days in Sydney for Kaseya and Datto MSP customers across APAC. If your stack runs on either, the roadmap sessions are the reason to go and the other partners are the reason to stay for the evenings, so decide in advance who on your team owns which so the two don't end up competing for the same person.

17-18Nov

MSSP Alert Live 2026, 17 to 18 November

Organiser's site →

CyberRisk Alliance's MSSP Alert Live runs on the Tuesday and Wednesday for MSSPs and MSPs running managed security, and at the time of writing the organiser has not published a city, which is why it is missing from the chart above. We will update the calendar the moment there is a venue; until then, msspalertlive.com is the place to watch.

17Nov

Managed Services Summit Manchester 2026, 17 November

Manchester · United Kingdom

Organiser's site →

Angel's Manchester summit is the UK day for MSP owners and senior channel leaders, and for most of our readers it is the one that costs least in time and travel. Manchester on a Tuesday is a train, a day and home for dinner, so bring your sales lead and split the room between you rather than sitting through the same sessions side by side.

19Nov

CanIT onTour: Halifax, 19 November

Halifax · Canada

Organiser's site →

The CanIT Collective's onTour stop in Halifax on the Thursday is for Canadian MSP leaders, and it rounds out a month in which Canada has had three events across three provinces. For an Atlantic MSP this is the first one of the period that doesn't involve a long flight west, which is reason enough to send the owner.

The last Tuesday: 24 November

24Nov

BeMSP On Tour: Nantes, 24 November

Nantes · France

Organiser's site →

BeMSP On Tour reaches Nantes on the Tuesday, free to attend, for French MSPs and IT service providers. Free is hard to turn down, which is exactly what makes it easy to go without a plan, so the fix is deciding before you leave which suppliers and which peers you want to have spoken to by the end of the afternoon.

24Nov

MSP Channel Insights Roadshow: Copenhagen, 24 November

Copenhagen · Denmark

Organiser's site →

The same day, Angel's roadshow arrives in Copenhagen with the same cap of 30 senior MSP delegates, closing out the five weeks. Everything we said about Utrecht applies here, and it is a quiet way to end a loud month.

Where the full calendar lives

The full calendar, with every date checked against the organiser and the ones we've written guides for linked, is at /#events, and it will change as venues are confirmed and new dates arrive. This week's job is to pick the event that fits, put the dates in the right people's diaries, and write down who they are going to find and what they are going to ask before the week of 9 November arrives and the decision makes itself.
