There are six MSP events in October 2026 still to come as we write this on 17 October, and two of them open their doors tomorrow. They run from 18 to 29 October across Copenhagen, Orlando, San Antonio, Barcelona, North Vancouver and Austin, and we checked every date with the organiser on 15 October 2026. So this is a short list with a hard question attached: which of them is worth two days out of your business, and who from your team should be on the plane? The answer depends on who you buy through, where you are and whether you want a stage or a room full of owners.
Which of the MSP events in October 2026 suits you
Two of the six are vendor conferences, which is a different thing from a channel conference and worth being honest about before you book. Pax8 Beyond EMEA in Copenhagen is built for Pax8 partners, MSPs and vendors across EMEA, and MSPNXT in Austin is for MSP leaders and NinjaOne partners. If you buy through Pax8 or run your stack on NinjaOne, these are the rooms where the people who set your roadmap are standing at the coffee station, and that is hard to get anywhere else. If you don't, you'll be a guest at someone else's party.
Two more are vendor-neutral conferences aimed at the whole business of running an MSP rather than one part of the stack. XChange NexGen in Orlando, from The Channel Company, is pitched at services-led and cloud-focused managed services providers, so the conversations skew towards how you package and price what you deliver. MSP GLOBAL in Barcelona casts a wider net across international MSPs, MSSPs, resellers and vendors, and holds the whole thing in the PortAventura Theme Park (which, yes, is a theme park). If you're a UK or European MSP, Barcelona is the vendor-neutral one on your side of the Atlantic.
Vendor conferences
- Pax8 Beyond EMEA, Copenhagen, 18 to 20 October
- MSPNXT, Austin, 27 to 29 October
Vendor-neutral conferences
- XChange NexGen, Orlando, 18 to 20 October
- MSP GLOBAL, Barcelona, 21 to 22 October
The one that fits our own prejudice about where the value sits is ASCII Edge in San Antonio, a community event from The ASCII Group (GTIA) built around peer networking, sessions and vendor access. If the thing you want from two days away is the owner who has already fixed your billing problem, this is the format designed to put that owner next to you at lunch. Vendors are there, but they are not the point.
The person three seats over at lunch is the return on the ticket; the keynote is the excuse.
And then there is ChannelNEXT26 West at the Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier in North Vancouver, which is squarely for Canadian channel partners and vendors. If you run an MSP in Canada, this is your local one, and local events have the quiet advantage that the people you meet are also the people you can meet again in a month. If you don't, it's probably two days you can keep.
There is also the matter of the calendar, which we'd call the Tomorrow Problem. Pax8 Beyond EMEA and XChange NexGen both start on 18 October, which, if you're reading this on the day we published, is tomorrow, so those are a now-or-never decision for anyone not already booked. ASCII Edge and MSP GLOBAL start on 21 October, ChannelNEXT26 West on 26 October and MSPNXT on 27 October, which gives you a little more room to run the sums and brief whoever is going. Here they are in date order.
The full list, in date order
Pax8 Beyond EMEA 2026, Copenhagen (18 to 20 October 2026)
Copenhagen · Denmark · Bella Center Copenhagen · Vendor conference
Pax8's EMEA partner conference runs for three days in Copenhagen and is for Pax8 partners, MSPs and vendors across the region. Go if Pax8 is your distributor and you want time with the people who run the programme; send your sales lead as well as yourself, and split up when you get there. Dates confirmed with Pax8 on 15 October 2026, and our guide is at Pax8 Beyond EMEA.
XChange NexGen 2026, Orlando (18 to 20 October 2026)
Orlando · United States · Conference
The Channel Company's NexGen is a three-day conference in Orlando for services-led and cloud-focused managed services providers, and it opens the same day as Pax8 Beyond, so nobody is doing both. It suits the owner who has moved past break-fix and wants to compare notes with others selling recurring services, and it rewards a pre-booked list of who you want to meet. Dates confirmed on 15 October 2026; read our guide to XChange NexGen.
ASCII Edge 2026: San Antonio, San Antonio (21 to 22 October 2026)
San Antonio · United States · Community event
A two-day community event from The ASCII Group (GTIA) for MSP owners, built on peer networking, sessions and vendor access. This is the one to bring a problem to, because the format puts you in rooms with other owners rather than in a seat facing a stage, and the owner three seats over at lunch has usually seen your problem before. Dates confirmed on 15 October 2026; our guide is at ASCII Edge San Antonio.
MSP GLOBAL 2026, Barcelona (21 to 22 October 2026)
Barcelona · Spain · PortAventura Theme Park · Conference
Two days at the PortAventura Theme Park for international MSPs, MSSPs, resellers and vendors, run by MSP GLOBAL. It suits a UK or European owner who wants a vendor-neutral conference without a long-haul flight, and it works best if you go with a shortlist of the vendors you actually want to see rather than drifting the stands. Dates confirmed on 15 October 2026; here is our guide to MSP GLOBAL.
ChannelNEXT26 West, North Vancouver (26 to 27 October 2026)
North Vancouver · Canada · Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier · Conference
ChannelNEXT's western edition runs for two days at the Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier and is for Canadian channel partners and vendors. If you run an MSP in Canada this is the one on your doorstep, and the people you meet are the ones you can follow up in person rather than by email. Dates confirmed on 15 October 2026; our guide to ChannelNEXT26 West.
MSPNXT 2026, Austin (27 to 29 October 2026)
Austin · United States · Austin Marriott Downtown · Vendor conference
NinjaOne's own conference runs for three days at the Austin Marriott Downtown and is for MSP leaders and NinjaOne partners. If NinjaOne is in your stack this is where the people building the roadmap explain it in person, so send your technical lead and give them a list of what you want them to come home knowing. Dates confirmed on 15 October 2026; read our guide to MSPNXT.
Before you book
Whichever one you pick, the two days only pay back if you treat them like a project rather than a trip, and most owners never check afterwards whether they did. Decide who goes and which sessions each of them owns, write down the names of the people you want to meet before you fly, and block the first two mornings back in the office for follow-up, because that is where the money is. The person three seats over at lunch is the return on the ticket; the keynote is the excuse.
